This rye is food grade and suitable for making flour or for any other cooking or baking purposes. The grains do not need to be washed before use.
We or the farmer do not use any fungicides, pesticides, or chemical sprays on our rye. The grains are carefully stored in a controlled environment, protected from pests, rodents, and moisture, ensuring they remain safe and fresh for consumption.

Stephen and Tania Walter of Burrum Biodynamics have been biodynamically growing rye grain in the Wimmera region of Western Victoria.
