These side-gusseted breathable bags give a sturdy stand-up bag after filling and a strong bottom seal. Unicorn manufactures it with equipment they designed and with proprietary additives; Unicorn Bags are pliable at any temperature as well as after sterilization. The bag opening is designed for easy sealing, and the bag’s bottom seal can withstand agitation.

Unicorn bags come in 3 filter types: T, A and B
The Unicorn T filter has a 0.2-micron pore size, making it ideal for spawn production. The A filter, with a 0.5-micron pore size, is best suited for substrates, while the B filter 5-micron is most effective for species requiring higher airflow and better breathability.
The T filter provides the highest protection level but slower growth than the B filter. The A filter is 0.5 microns, which should allow more air than the T filter; our test indicates it does not. The B filter prioritizes breathability with minimal protection as it is 5 microns(Best for Reishi and oysters where the grower has a spotless incubation room.
